Because we love this little piece of earth, we have created and also cultivated gardens and an acre surrounded with stone walls over the last 20 years. We have selected the best topsoil, fertilized with organic fertilizer and laid out the ground soil stone free until a depth of min. 30cm.
In our gardens we use the experience of biodynamic cultivation - our salad and vegetables are planted according to moon phases, zodiac signs and are piqued, maintained and harvested for you, according to exact time periods.
Without preservatives we process the vegetables and herbs from our garden when creating the local delicacies which we're serving in our ristoro.
Currently, we have several varieties of lettuce, radishes, beets, celery, carrots, onions, various kinds of potatoes ProSpecieRara (old sorts), leeks, chives, spinach, cabbage, buckwheat, sage, rosemary, basil, parsley, mellisse, mint, pumpkin, wild arugula, sunflowers.
